1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern your use of the starnph website, mobile interface, games, betting services, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By clicking "Register," "Sign Up," or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To register and use the starnph Platform, you must:

• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;

• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the starnph Platform.

2.2 starnph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by starnph may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

2.3 By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current, and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may register only one account on the starnph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. starnph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. starnph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 You must notify starnph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our 24/7 live chat support.

3.4 Account registration and use is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use your starnph account on behalf of any third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All transactions on the starnph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). starnph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you within the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. starnph reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC documentation) before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: typically within 5 minutes of approval;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers: typically within 1–3 business hours of approval;
• Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing verification.

4.4 starnph does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which starnph accepts no responsibility.

4.5 Funds deposited into your starnph account may only be used for gaming on the Platform. starnph is not a financial institution and your account balance does not earn interest.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 starnph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.2 Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.

5.3 starnph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, starnph's decision shall be final.

5.4 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.5 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

6. Game Rules and Betting

6.1 All games available on the starnph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.2 All bets placed on the starnph Platform are final once confirmed. starnph reserves the right to void bets placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or where there is evidence of fraudulent activity.

6.3 starnph uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. The RNG is regularly audited to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards.

6.4 In the event of a technical failure during a game session, starnph will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the failure. Where this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

6.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and may be changed by starnph at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the starnph Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;

7.2 starnph employs real-time fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the starnph Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of starnph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of starnph.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

10.2 starnph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your starnph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 starnph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Responsible Gaming

13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the starnph Platform, you agree to first contact starnph's support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. starnph will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 starnph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, starnph will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address.
